Ingredients

  • 75ml CUCIELO Bianco
  • 100ml Prosecco DOC/DOCG
  • A splash of soda
  • 3 dashes of ANGOSTURA® orange bitters

Mix

Build over ice in a tall, chilled wine glass and stir gently to combine. Add a fresh slice of orange to garnish.

Mix

Add CUCIELO Rosso to an ice-filled highball and top with tonic water. Stir gently to combine and garnish with an orange wedge.

  • 30ml CUCIELO Bianco
  • 30ml Portobello Road Gin
  • Mediterranean Tonic Water

Mix

Add CUCIELO Bianco and gin to an ice-filled highball and top with Mediterranean tonic water. Stir gently to combine and garnish with orange wedges and a rosemary sprig.

Piedmont Sour

Ingredients

  • 25ml CUCIELO Rosso
  • 40ml Bourbon Whiskey
  • 25ml fresh lemon juice
  • 2/3 dashes of ANGOSTURA® aromatic bitters
  • egg white (optional)

Mix

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake wuth ice for around 20 seconds. Remove ice and dry shake for a further 20 seconds. Pour into an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with orange zest.
