- 75ml CUCIELO Bianco
- 100ml Prosecco DOC/DOCG
- A splash of soda
- 3 dashes of ANGOSTURA® orange bitters
Mix
Build over ice in a tall, chilled wine glass and stir gently to combine. Add a fresh slice of orange to garnish.

Pour CUCIELO Rosso over ice and garnish with a slice of fresh orange.

Add CUCIELO Rosso to an ice-filled highball and top with tonic water. Stir gently to combine and garnish with an orange wedge.

- 30ml Campari
- Soda
Mix
Add CUCIELO & Campari to an ice-filled highball and top with soda water. Stir gently to combine and garnish with an orange wedge.

- 30ml Portobello Road Gin
- Mediterranean Tonic Water
Mix
Add CUCIELO Bianco and gin to an ice-filled highball and top with Mediterranean tonic water. Stir gently to combine and garnish with orange wedges and a rosemary sprig.
Piedmont Sour

Ingredients
- 25ml CUCIELO Rosso
- 40ml Bourbon Whiskey
- 25ml fresh lemon juice
- 2/3 dashes of ANGOSTURA® aromatic bitters
- egg white (optional)
Mix
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake wuth ice for around 20 seconds. Remove ice and dry shake for a further 20 seconds. Pour into an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with orange zest.
